IT'S EASY TO LEARN

Learning to fly a Trike is extremely easy. It takes 10 to 15 hours to go "solo", and about 20 hours to get your Pilots Certificate (10 hours if your have previous aviation experience).

IT'S PORTABLE

Transporting your Microlight is no problem as the Trike wing folds up like a Hang Glider in about 30 minutes and can easily be carried on top of a car with the Trike base being towed on a small trailer.

IT'S AFFORDABLE

We offer the best training rates in Australia AND THERE ARE NO HIDDEN COSTS. Our training rates are $155 per hour for in-flight instruction. Theory conponents can be completed as self study or with us at a rate of $50 per hour (approx 10-15 hrs theory total) This covers both your basic pilots licence and cross country endorsement. Its also best to consider having a life cover for aerial sports.

TRAINING EQUIPMENT

When you are ready, we can offer you new and second hand Microlights, accessories, spares, and repairs - all at competitive prices. If you don't own an aircraft that's O.K, we'll train you on ours and see you right through to the end of your basic licence, including your cross-country endorsement. We are a major Australian dealer for Airborne Windsports, and we are happy to advise you on the different types of aircraft available, and to assist you in finding one that suits you. We put no pressure on you to buy equipment - you simply approach us when you're ready.

The average number of days for Full-time courses is about 10days. This is weather dependant, sometimes it can take up to 14days and very rarely 7days! We only teach a maximum of 2 Full-time students at a time.
